• We offer worldwide shipping (with a few exceptions that are difficult to reach by conventional shipping services).
• With orders under $200 USD, we charge a flat shipping fee of $15 USD. Shipping is free for orders over $200 USD.
• We are a boutique nail company. Most of our sets are made to order. We aim to ship out your nails within 3 business days and you can expect to receive them within 10-15 days.
• Need them in a hurry? Email us and we will see what we can do! We reply to emails quickly.

• We offer full refund for orders that are damaged during the shipping process. In order to process the refund, we request photo evidence of the damaged package and the damaged nails. You have 48 hours to submit these to us after you receive your package.
• We do not offer refunds for any other reasons. Once they've been on your hands, we can't have them back!
• We offer exchange for brand new nails that haven't been worn. If you realize you bought the wrong size or changed your mind, you can exchange to another set at the same price. However, you will have to pay for the return shipping (typically around $30 USD). We highly recommend you to carefully measure your nail size.
• We have a fairly strict refund and exchange policy because nail press-ons are like a piece of intimate garment. We don't sell used/returned sets for sanitary reasons. We appreciate your understanding. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns.

• Our sets are meant to be reused. If you take care of them, they can be worn many times.
• We don't recommend doing intensive work with your hands while wearing our nails.
• Please refrain from intense heat, hot water, swimming pools, oil, etc while wearing our nails.
• After using, clean the nails with alcohol wipes or damp paper towels gently. Let them air dry and then store them in the the box provided.
• If your nail set contains furry decorations, please do not let the furry part touch water!

It happens. And it is really annoying. Send us an email when this happens. We maybe able to send you a sinlge nail replacement for $10 USD extra with your next full set order. We highly recommend bringing extra jello stickers with you when you are out and take care of the nails!

If you are new to press on nails, it may feel tricky to wear them. If you find your nails aren't stickying properly, please do these following tricks:

• Gently file the surface of your nails before you put on the stickers.
• After you put on the sticker, take off the brown paper, and then use a hair dryer to heat the sticker up a bit. And then put on the nail.
• When you put on the nail, start from the end of it. Press it onto your nail at an 45 degree angle.
• Try not to let your nails touch too much water or oil.

• If your nail size is smaller than our XS and larger than our L, send us an email and we can customize sets for you at an additional fee of $28.
